Everyday I get to meet wonderful people that are trying to get somewhere in their life, and it is my privilege to do the best I can to help them get where they want to go. My goal is to make their life better simply by knowing me.
America loved helping people find a fantastic place to live when she worked as a community manager in the San Francisco, Bay Area. When it was time for her to buy a home herself, Kait made getting a loan fast and easy, and she shared what she loved about her job. America stated, “This company prioritizes clients and gives you incredible value.”
America grew up in Missouri, served a LDS mission for 18 months in California, traveled to more than 20 countries, and graduated from Brigham Young University in Marriage, Family, and Human Development, with a minor in ESL. She also knows a little Spanish. Some of her experiences include working on domestic policy issues in Washington D.C. and organizing a manuscript on conflict resolution with an expert mediator.
Her and her husband have 3 children, 2 daughters and a son in the middle of them. After the kids were old enough, she spent a lot of time working in their schools. She earned a Montessori credential, helped set up a Montessori high school, and started an educational games business, WorkKidsLove.com. In her free time, she likes reading, finding great deals, sewing, and traveling to new places, to experience their cultures and food.
