Fili was born in Mexico City, married to Magdalena “Mara”, they are parents of 7 kids and 22 grandkids, all of them living in Utah, the Fili’s like to travel by car, all around USA, even Mexico, they enjoy the family parties, cooking mexican food for all his kids.
Fili has been into business since he was at college, he graduate has accountant, in his youth he worked as general accountant or administrator for some factories, Chocolates, Polyester, Chemical products, Jewelry, as an financial advisor for commercial loans, when they move to USA, in 1997 he become a loan originator for residential loans.

Fili is a passionate guy, he likes to help people, he has been in the youth leadership for many years, helping people to have a better life, He likes to make friends from all ages and from any cultural background. His motto is; “all the people deserve an opportunity and if for any cause fail, always will be a second chance and if fail again should be a third chance, until success”
Fili believes that owning a home makes us free, and gives us the chance to make our own decisions about where and how to live. The personal advice he gave to his friends is, pay your home as soon as you can and live free of mortgage.
Fili has been helping people to buy a home or refinancing to buy bigger dreams. For the last 25 years, the thing he has liked in this business is the big family smile after the closing, when the new buyers get the home key, because each loan is a great history full of new dreams.
